Refund & Cancellation

Memberships & Digital Content
Memberships and digital content purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refund requests may only be considered in genuine technical or billing-related issues.
Physical Products
Customers may request replacements or returns for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery.
To request support, users must provide:
- Order ID
- Product images
- Issue description
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on payment provider timelines.
